Asymmetric LP01-LP11-LP01 Mode Conversion along In-Line Few-Mode Fibers for All-Fiber Bandpass Filters

摘要
We study the modal conversion and propagation properties of LPII mode in graded-index and step-index few-mode fibers. An all-fiber bandpass filter is demonstrated by applying rotatable and variable long-period fiber gratings to the two consecutive few mode fibers.
