Methods of reconstructing the images of moving objects

摘要
This paper discusses the possibility of reconstructing the image of a moving object by using heuristic and theoretical models of optical detectors. It is shown that a filter synthesized on the basis of a theoretical model is better able to take into account distortions of the images of moving objects and makes it possible to detect and recognize them more reliably.
