摘要
The ceramization mechanism of the irradiated polycarbosilane-20mass%polyvinylsilane hybrid polymer was investigated in the converting process from polymer to ceramic. In the heat treatment of the irradiated Hybrid polymer, hydrogen gas evolution occurs in the three temperature ranges around 850, 1050, and 1370K. II the temperature range above 1000K, the radicals are accumulated rapidly by restriction of molecular motion in converting, from polymer to ceramic. Change of the FT-IR spectra of the fibers by heat treatment after irradiation is also measured.
