摘要
To further study pigments in perennial fruit trees, we performed transcriptome analysis of peach fruit skin. The transcriptome analysis, results identified 3414 up-regulated genes and 3126 down-regulated genes. Genes involved in chlorophyll degradation, anthocyanin biosynthesis were significantly differentially expressed. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to validate the expression level of these genes. The fruit skin transcriptome analysis will aid future molecular research into pigments in peach fruit.
