摘要：
Based on the requirements of smart transportation logistics information technology development strategy, this paper proposed planning strategies and designing methods of a integrated transportation and logistics information platform, as well as a specific information platform system architecture and functional model. The technology paths and methods of the functional components of this information platform were also discussed comprehensively.
