摘要：
According to system integration and Spatial attribute in economic geography, the paper defined regional logistics and studied its complex system. Based on the description of overseas regional logistics features and classification, it reviewed the domestic research and put forward the basic framework of regional logistics information platform.The study concluded that the regional logistics system has complex features, and it access to efficient operation by information platform.
