摘要：
The theories of human capital in knowledge based management reflect the great importance of the role of the personnel in contemporary production. They emphasize the significance of the personnel among the other types of capital that are used in production. Human capital and its management are important for the organization because they give them the opportunity to use their staff in a more productive way through measurements, analyses and evaluations and that is what our approach aims to prove.
