The Comparison Research of the Chinese and Foreign Commercial Banks' Profit Ability Based on Factor Analytic Method

The profit ability is of great importance for the commercial bank's survival and development. The promotion of ability is the key to enhance the commercial bank's competitive ability. The author conducts the comparison of the chinese and foreign commercial banks profit ability with the aid of the SPSS software and factor analytic method appraises objectively the disparity of the chinese and foreign commercial banks' profit ability and draws the corresponding conclusion. Finally, regarding the successful experience of foreign commercial banks, the author gives some advice about how to promote the chinese commercial banks' profit ability.
