摘要：
Improving product's value-added by promoting technological progress is an important path for processing trade's transformation and upgrading. Based on Cobb-Douglas production function and Solow growth model, this paper estimated the technological progress rate of processing trade in Shandong province with econometrics method, and analyzed it's relationship with FDI. Conclusion showed: there are positive technological progress effects in processing trade, but the overall effects are in falling trend, FDI has hindered the processing trade's technological progress. At last, relevant countermeasures were given.
