摘要：

One of the major technological changes in public sector is the penetration of internet with all its benefit. Our paper represents an empirical study that analyses the impact of technological change introduced by the e-governance concept in public sector, based on a quantitative approach using case studies of the biggest Romanian public local authorities (PLA).
