摘要：
The harnessing, developing and management of the Yellow River should be put into the whole system and base of keeping healthy life of the river. In order to maintain a healthy life of the Yellow River we should grasp a key issue, make good use of a trump, stand out three stresses and enhance three methods, making contribution to realize the ultimate objective of keeping the healthy life of the Yellow River.
