摘要：

The key trends in the activity of companies in the mining industry, revealed increased attention to the management of portfolios of assets. The analysis of the Russian market of mergers and acquisitions is carried out. The possibility of forming the valuation of companies on the basis of neural networks is investigated. A comparative analysis of the quality of valuation of the company using a neural network and discounted cash flow method.
