摘要
As the core part and the key link of RCS measurement system, the design and optimization of RF front-end circuit is of great significance. According to an existing 2GHz-18GHz outdoor RCS measurement system, the RF front-end of the system based on L band is designed from the system level to extend the frequency band of the system. The hardware circuit consists of the transmitting and receiving circuits as well as the IF processing unit, and it is achieved by the mixer solution. The filter circuit as well as other components of the system are designed and simulated by ADS software. From selecting the RF amplifiers and other chips used in the system to drawing schematic and PCB layout by using Altium Designer, and then welding components, debugging related hardware and measuring related parameter, the measurement system hardware circuit design is completed systematically.
