摘要：
On the basis of the current developing situation and existing problem of Chinese information industry, we discuss the necessity of Chinese information industry,introducing the mechanism of risk investment, and analyze the running mechanism of risk investment, which mainly include power mechanism, restrictive mechanism, qualified personnel mechanism and ensured mechanism.
