摘要
Planning stage of enterprise information construction involves heterogeneous risk types, which covers a wide range. Decision made in this stage plays a very large role on the follow-up phases and the goals of the project, so it is necessary to focus on identifying risk in the planning stage based on the life cycle theory. Establish five key processes of enterprise information construction planning stage; Build risk index system of the planning stage based on the enterprise information construction life cycle; Establish critical risk identification model of enterprise information construction based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy (FAHP). Contact specific examples to verify the validity and applicability of the fuzzy AHP recognition model in the risk identification of enterprise information construction.
