摘要
Information systems, which are almost separately developed for Development Management in the decision phase, Project Management in the implementation phase and Facility Management in the operation phase, just serve their own separate management purposes and are established in different project languages and work platforms. Flexible, effective and efficient information communication is difficult to realize and this causes many potential disadvantages. The paper puts forward the concept of the Life-cycle Integrated Management Information System (LMIS); and focuses on the framework of the information model, and the level and method of system integration.
