摘要：
In the Republic of Belarus considerable portion of funds allocated for road maintenance is used during winter period. Computerized road winter maintenance management system has been under development and implementation. The main objective of the computerized system design was obtaining and application of meteorological information about road network condition allowing safe and uninterrupted traffic during winter period. Therewith stable monitoring of road pavement condition and rates of application of de-icing materials should be arranged for all management levels. The paper describes key aspects of computerized road winter maintenance management system implementation.
