Iliacofemoral cross-over bypass. Successful recanalisation with rotational thrombectomy

The therapy of occlusions of cross-over bypass grafts is based on well-established surgical procedures and intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy. Using the example of an occlusion of an artificial cross-over bypass graft, the percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy with the RotarexA (R) system demonstrates the reliable, effective and economical use of this device. This may be an option for recanalisation attempts in patients who are not suitable for surgical or thrombolytic therapy.
