摘要
The commercial biological degrading mixtures for Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) were used to examine the biodegradation effects of waste transformer oil polluted of PCBs in three conditions: aerobic, anaerobic and mixed (anaerobic/ aerobic). The waste transformer oil polluted by PCBs were the only source carbon and energy. The mineral oil hydrocarbons present in the PCBs solution influence PCBs biodegradation. The biodegradation effects in aerobic and anaerobic condition were higher to less chlorinated congeners. The obtained results for mix condition cultures were the most effective not only for the culture condition but also for the all types of investigated congeners.
