摘要
dA method for determining the shape and size of randomly and preferentially oriented particles of size 1-10 mu m is proposed. The method is based on the analysis of experimental data on light scattering by dispersion media with the help of a mathematical model. The scattering indicatrix was calculated by formulas of the Rayleigh-Gans approximation taking into account diffraction. The dynamics of changes in shape, size, and orientation of erythrocytes with composition of a dispersion medium is analyzed.
