摘要
The elaboration of environmentally-friendly energy raw material technologies is opening up new possibilities in Hungary through the utilization of composts produced from biologically degradable waste and mixed artificial fertilizer. With the help of this, two pollution sources, green waste and sewage sludge can be neutralized and utilized in an environmentally friendly way. Our experiments were set up with winter wheat in small experimental plots in Godollo. The impact of different forms of nutrients on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the yield were examined as well as the impact of organic material based yield enhancing substances on the physical condition of the soil. In the present paper our results for the gluten and protein content of the wheat are presented as a function of the different forms of nutrients. As a result of our research it can be concluded that applying organic materials does not have a negative impact on the internal constituents of the plant.
