摘要：
A novel, straightforward and high yielding synthesis of enantiomerically pure 2,6-disubstituted morpholines has been developed through the regioselective cyclization of diols. Cyclization precursors have been obtained by the ring opening of commercially available chiral epoxides under solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis conditions (SL-PTC). (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V.
