摘要
Modern healthcare and medical research increasingly rely on large amounts of medical data stored in complex databases. In our previous work we have proposed a relational database design pattern and a graphical user interface for structuring hierarchical medical data, with the aim to enable researchers to design their own data structures while still benefiting from the advantages of a relational database. In this paper we will present a software tool designed to assist the user in querying hierarchical medical data, represented as custom designed multi-trees in a relational database.
