摘要
The synthesis and characterization of nano Co0.6Fe0.4S2 was reported. Characterization of the sample was done using X-Ray Diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscopy. XRD results show the sample to be of amorphous nature with average particle size raning from 5.56 nm to 7.01 nm. Stoichiometry of the sample was ensured through X-Ray Fluorescence and EDAX measurements. Field variation of magnetization measurement further supports formation of nanoparticles.
