Prediction on Performance of Organizational Knowledge Transfer Capability

摘要
In the era of knowledge economy, how to obtain knowledge and share it is a critical issue confronting scholars and practitioners. In view of current situation where knowledge transfer is investigated from two separate perspective-external and internal sources, an integrated knowledge transfer capability model is proposed on the basis of analyzing context and process of knowledge transfer for successful knowledge application. Support vector machine (SVM) is utilized to learn and analyze the data collected from 22 organizations on knowledge transfer capability to establish predictive model of organizational performance which is tested using remaining data of 3 organizations and proved accurate and practical.
