摘要
Study on the deformation law of high-speed CNC machining center spindle unit of heat, reducing the thermal deformation error is to improve the high speed CNC machining center spindle envy one of important method and accuracy of parts. This paper uses the UG software to MV800, high speed CNC machining center spindle unit as an example, first of all to establish 3D finite element model of thermal deformation, then according to the analysis, finite element simulation of the steady temperature field, temperature field and thermal deformation analysis of transient thermal boundary conditions on its, then the simulation analysis of different spindle speed and different convection coefficient of motorized spindle thermal deformation, and the simulation analysis and experimental measurements were compared with analysis, can be seen in this study of motorized spindle thermal deformation for high speed CNC machining center spindle thermal error compensation technology research to provide theoretical guidance and experimental basis.
