Specifics of youth position in the labor market

Specifics of youth position in the labor market analyzes adaptation process of the young people to market conditions in the sphere of labor and employment. During the 7th International Students' forum a sociological survey was made involving 9874 students' questionnaires with the aim to find out their labor motivations. Students' thinking regarding ways to adapt to labor market conditions were found to be inconsistent with realities. Yet, in authors' opinion, ways to resolve employment issues, as adapted by young people recently, allow to conclude that the level of psychological preparedness for real labor markets are high enough today. The state has arguably to make steps to guarantee employment for the young, to support their entrance into market economy.
