摘要
The purpose of the study is to compare two different types and activities of I-125 seeds used in low dose rate (LDR) prostate brachytherapy. Ten patients, whose treatment had been planed using linked (model STM1251) or strand (model 6711) seeds were selected. For each patient, the new treatment plans were created with another seeds type and activity. The number of seeds, needles and the parametres such as Vp100, D90, Vr100 and D1 were compared and analyzed.
