摘要：
Over the last five years Garrad Hassan has coordinated two major research projects to investigate the dynamic loads experienced by wind turbines operating in wind farms. These projects have been carried out under the CEC Joule programme by a partnership of organisations from several countries across Europe. Garrad Hassan participation has also been funded by the DTI. This paper will describe the methodology and present the key results and conclusions of the work.
