摘要：
The research of Corporate entrepreneurship (CE) has been focus in the field of strategic management, entrepreneurship research and firm growth management since 1990. The previous research focused on the relationship between CE and firm performance and the impact of environmental and organizational factors on CE, and generated the study mainstream: environmental and organizational factors - CE/entrepreneurial orientation (EO) - firm performance. The text reviews and comments previous literature from four aspects: (1) definition of CE; (2) dimensions of CE; (3) mainstream conceptual frame of CE; (4) empirical study of CE. Lastly, the text indicates future research direction of CE: international CE, CE of network view and form mechanism of CE. These studies can further enrich the theoretical and empirical research of CE.
