摘要
Negative dielectric constants in the frequency range from 10(-2) to 10(7) Hz were gained from a type of carbon nanofiber/polyetherimide composite membranes with a thickness of ca. 20 mu m, in particular, substantial negative values at the lower frequency region were discovered, which hold promise as an important resource for the preparation of meta-materials and their applications.
