Spontaneous magnetization in spin-ladder systems with competing interactions

摘要
We study the magnetization process for spin-ladder systems with 1 legs, weak ferromagnetic couplings along the legs, and antiferromagnetic couplings along the r rungs. For l odd, the system shows a spontaneous magnetization M = 1/21,l=3,5,... . We also investigate the ground-state properties in the high-field phase with magnetization M close to saturation.
