摘要
Two new coordination complexes formulated as [Co(pbib)(2)(SO4)] (1) and [Cd(ppda)(pbib)(H2O)] (2, H(2)ppda = 1,4-phenylene-diacetic acid, pbib = 1,4-bis(1-imidazoly)benzene) are successfully prepared by a reaction of the pbib ligand with different metal salts and organic carboxylate ligands under the solvothermal reaction conditions. Furthermore, the treatment effect of compounds1and2on acute bacterial sinusitis (ABS) in vitro and in vivo is evaluated. Firstly, after treating with compounds1and2, the bacterial growth curves of methicillin-resistantStaphylococcus aureus(MRSA) are measured. Moreover, the ELISA detection kit is applied after treatment with the compound to determine the inflammatory cytokines concentration in the blood.
