摘要：
In order to facilitate the improvement of quality-oriented education, increasingly more Chinese universities pay attention on the construction of campus culture. This is because more and more university managers reach a consensus that culture plays an important part for the sustainable development of colleges and the construction of a harmonious society. In this paper, the author firstly discusses the connotation of quality-oriented education and its connection to a well-established campus culture, and then analyzes the two restricting factors for the improvement of quality-oriented college education. At the end of the paper, the author stresses that to cultivate good school spirit and actively promoting healthy campus culture both contributes to improve quality-oriented education.
