摘要
This paper explores the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy (RESE) status of adolescents and its relationship with General Well-Being (GWB). A total of 281 adolescents were administered the Index of General Well-being Schedule and the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale. The results showed that the RESE scale was found to have good reliability and validity for Chinese adolescents. There were also no differences in the RESE between sexes and grades. The total score of RESE was significantly positively related to the whole GWB and its factors, and it had significant predictor for whole GWB. We concluded that the adolescent's RESE was in good condition, and it had extremely significant positive predictive power to GWB.
