摘要
This paper presents a knowledge-based service provisioning framework for building intelligent multi-domain elastic optical networks (EONs). The proposed framework adopts the broker-based inter-domain networking paradigm and employs network monitoring and data analytics functions to enable multi domain EONs operating according to an observe-analyze-act cycle. Case studies on quality-of-transmission aware lightpath provisioning demonstrate the benefit of the proposed framework.
