摘要
Successful supply chain management calls for efficient evaluation tools. Evaluation of supply chain performance is a hot subject nowadays, and a lot of evaluation methods have been presented, such as SCOR, AHP, BSC, cluster analysis, and so forth. These methods evaluate the performance of supply chain from different angles, and they together have promoted the development of the research in this field. But almost all of the existing evaluations evaluate the supply chain partially, and their validity is discounted. In order to evaluating the supply chain more efficiently, we start from the deep-seated objective of supply chain management. Then we formulate applied and effective evaluation indices. Finally, due to the vagueness and uncertainty of the real evaluating environment, we use synthetically fuzzy judgment to calculate the ultimate score of the supply chain performance. It is a useful tool for managing the supply chain, but there are still some problems to be solved. The unique contributions to this paper are the initialization of the concept of supply chain performance evaluation, and the evaluation initially starting from the whole objective of the supply chain management.
