摘要：

Contemporary eLearning systems have restrictions for adaption. Recognizing the work of semantic technologies and including them into eLearning systems, it is possible to achieve a high level of adaption and personalization. Techniques and technologies for development of eLeaming systems and semantic technologies should foster creating dynamic personalized eLearning systems, shaping course content and resources by using semantic technologies, in accordance with the course objectives and a student's pre-knowledge.
