摘要：
Regional innovation capability can reflect a region's future development of the core competitiveness. This essay absorbs the advanced experience of index system and pattern established by domestic scholars to establish the systematic evaluation index. Based on factor analysis, the essay analyzes and explains the regional innovation capability of 25 regions in our country and has carried out further analysis and discussion.
