摘要
In recent years, our country has carried on a series of reforms in many aspects, such as social politics, economy, education system. However the problem of employment is becoming more and more serious. As the graduation rate of female college students increased year by year, the phenomenon of gender discrimination for female graduates is more and more common Therefore the problem of difficulties in employment has attracted more attentions from the public. Gender discrimination is widespread in our society. There is a gap between female graduates and male graduated in psychological and physiological factors, which caused the decrease of job opportunities. It is difficult for them to adapt to the environment. It is also hard for them to find basic survival jobs. They should have to face many problems such as unfair treatment at work, low quality of employment, occupational gender segregation, gender discrimination. In this paper, the female university students' employment psychology and employment direction, employment situation and employment obstacle problems have been introduced. And then draw the conclusion by analyzing the related factors influencing the female university students' employment.
