摘要
The paper reports a lidar technique developed on pulsed chip-stack laser diodes for remote sensing and spatial profiling of atmospheric humidity. The potential of spectral application to differential absorption spectroscopy is evaluated by computer convolution using HITRAN database. It is shown that their broad-line radiation is feasible for detection of 0.9-0.915 mu m rovibrational molecular band of water vapour. The lidar sensor is immune to perturbation by atmospheric pressure, or temperature and combines high-resolution measurement with operational effectiveness.
