摘要
This thesis introduces the analytical line material finishing mill electricity equipments breaks down to jump the Communicate switch to cause a heap of present condition of steel, finding out the existent blemish of the electricity control, putting forward make the PLC according to the spot condition the control flies to shear the card to break to shear to correspond and turn on duty personnel for electricity to report to the police to hint, thus easing a heap of steel degree and labor strength, exaltation the homework rate. It also introduces the present situation of runaway 50 dividing shears and analyses all kinds of reasons about electrical accident. Many relative solutions have been raised to improve efficiency of it.
