摘要：
The valuation mode of Bill of Quantities will influence specific works and the control targets of engineering costs. "The Bill of Quantities Construction Norms" has a mandatory requirement that all construction projects using state-owned Capital investment or capital investment mainly resulting from state-owned must adopt the bill of quantities from December 1, 2008. Under the new valuation mode, how to control construction cost is an important matter for construction enterprises. In this paper, the authors simply introduce the control methods at different construction stage under the bill of construction mode.
