摘要
With the progressing of globalization, urbanization and technological development, construction projects are getting larger and larger, and more and more complex. The waste and low efficiency has become not only an engineering problem, but also a social problem. This article reviews the fundamental theories of systematic control in large-scale complex projects, and expatiates the relevant key technologies in the following five aspects: structure breakdown, organizational planning, investment control and contract management, progress controlling technology and standardized management technology.
