摘要：

This paper uses a multi-vector econometric model to calculate the relation between Chinese listed commercial banks' A share's price-book value ratio and the risk variables of price-earnings ratio, deposit-loan ratio, provisioning coverage rate, capital adequacy rate. The result shows that the stockholders of A shares add weak market discipline over our listed commercial banks, so for supervision departments of commercial banks it is urgent to take great effort for our commercial banks' better information disclosure, and which in turn will provide good condition for a effective market discipline.
