摘要
In order to meet the real-time monitoring requirements of condition monitoring in different equipments and different systems, a distributed monitoring system is designed for large-scale moving and complicated equipments. Monitoring hardware and software are designed universally. The acquisition circuit of digital signals, switch signals, analog signals and the excitation signals is designed as hardware. An isolation amplifier is designed by adopting a non-linear optical coupler, which has fast frequency response and small errors, meeting the accuracy requirements of analog signal acquisition. The software enables data acquisition, management, diagnostics and device self-test function. The experiment results show that the design can collect data accurately and quickly meet the system requirements.
