摘要
In the first half of the paper, a genetic algorithm (GA) is applied for the optimal calculation of a space plane (SP). In order to evaluate its effectiveness, three solutions obtained from (1) a steepest descent method, (2) GA using real number coding, and (3) a hybrid of these two methods are compared. The result suggests that the hybrid GA is able to search the most accurate global solution of problems which have many local minimums. In the next place, a simultaneous optimal problem of a fixed-wing hang glider is treated as a reduced problem for the SP; in that case, its structure, strength, high performance, and control are as tightly connected with each other as in the case of the SP. It is believed that the method of simultaneous optimization using the GA is effective in the design of unknown complicated systems such as a SP.
