摘要
The TEM wave parameters in dielectrics with space charge distribution are determined analytically. The refraction on the interface between a lossy charged dielectric and a weak conductor is considered and the frequency dependence of the transmission angle, transmission and reflection coefficient are analyzed via numerical simulation.
