摘要：
In the process of the new rural construction, rural residential land has attracted more and more attention. The article, using the data of land use change and related social economic data in Shijiazhuang from 1996 to 2008, analyses the change in the rural residential land use area both quantitatively and qualitatively, finds out the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the rural residential land use in Shijiazhuang, reveals the causes of land use change, and proposes the related countermeasures and suggestions in response. The result is practical to the macro regulation of construction land development in Hebei Province, and it can promote the construction of new countryside.
