摘要：
We define Equipment Core support Capability and Non-Core support Capability. There exist some differences and similarities between Core Support Capability and Non-Core Support Capability. Contrary to Core Support Capability, Non-Core Support Capability has three special attribute: Double-Value, Loose-Coupling and Driven Characteristic. It is not only powerful supplement of Core Support Capability, but also the significant support for maintaining and improving Core Support Capability, even is a strong guarantee for succeeding in the whole army's maintenance task.
